Silver Point Finance Completes $398 Million CLO Financing for Specialty Credit Fund II, L.P.

Greenwich, CT, April 3rd, 2023 -- Silver Point Finance, a subsidiary of Silver Point Capital, L.P., a leading global credit-focused investment manager, is pleased to announce the closing of SCF CLO II, a $398 million collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”). This is the second middle market CLO issued by Silver Point Finance. The CLO will be managed by Silver Point Specialty Credit Fund II Management LLC, an affiliate of Silver Point Specialty Credit Fund II, L.P., a private credit fund.
SCF CLO II was oversubscribed and raised capital from a diverse base of institutional investors. The CLO is primarily composed of middle market senior secured loans. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and GreensLedge Capital Markets LLC served as Lead Placement Agent and Co-Lead Placement Agent.

As of February 2023, Silver Point Finance has arranged approximately $19.0 billion in direct loans to middle market companies and currently has approximately ~$11 billion in investible assets under its Specialty Credit Fund platform.
