Greenwich, CT, April 27, 2023 -- Silver Point Finance, a subsidiary of Silver Point Capital, L.P., acted as Co-Documentation Agent in a Senior Secured Credit Facility to support Thoma Bravo’s merger of  UserTesting, a leader in video-based human insight, and UserZoom, a leader in UX insights. The merged company will be rebranded as UserTesting. In October, UserTesting agreed to be acquired by Thoma Bravo and Sunstone Partners in a take-private transaction valued at $1.3 billion.
