Greenwich, CT, September 23, 2024 -- Silver Point Finance, the direct lending business of Silver Point Capital, L.P., today announced that it has served as Arranger in the Senior Secured financing supporting the acquisition of Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning (“Airtron”) by Gamut Capital Management, L.P. (“Gamut”).

 

Airtron, a leading designer, installer, and maintenance provider for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, offers a broad range of products, as well as extensive service capabilities and ongoing maintenance services. Airtron was most recently acquired by NRG Energy, Inc. as part of its acquisition of Direct Energy in 2021. Gamut’s acquisition of Airtron was announced August 8, 2024.
