Greenwich, CT, June 21, 2023 - Silver Point Finance, a subsidiary of Silver Point Capital, L.P., served as Lead Lender, Administrative Agent and Joint Lead Arranger in a new Senior Secured Credit Facility for Operative Media, Inc. (“Operative”), a portfolio company managed by Francisco Partners. Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, also acted as Joint Lead Arranger. Operative is a vertically focused software provider, selling solutions into the media ecosystem that are designed to enable media publishers to manage their ad revenue sales across all media types. Proceeds of the loan were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
