Akron, OH, and Greenwich, CT, October 27, 2023 – Silver Point Finance, the direct lending business of Silver Point Capital, L.P., and GOJO, a leader in hand and surface hygiene solutions, today announced that Silver Point will provide refinancing to support GOJO’s future growth.

Proceeds from the new financing provided by Silver Point will be used to retire existing debt and fund investments and operations. Silver Point served as an Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent in the new credit facility and was joined by Barings Capital Solutions as a co-lender. Lazard served as the sole placement agent and financial advisor to GOJO.
